| The field of activity of Monitek Grupp OÜ is the supply chain management of projects on industrial equipment manufacturing. The products manufactured in our field of activity are project-based, so-called “tailored” technological equipment for the requirements of power engineering, mining, forest and paper industries. Our business customers, the project clients are mainly from Finland and Sweden, and to some extent also from Estonia. Our subcontracting supply chain includes business associations from Estonia and Latvia – design offices, companies manufacturing mechanical engineering equipment and metal structures, business logistics and assembling companies. Our database contains information about the majority of related Estonian companies and a large amount of Latvian companies. Our relationship with the subcontractors is based on personal contacts and long-time cooperation. |
