Logistics
We offer logistical solutions primarily focused on organizing deliveries for the projects we manage. Our goal is to find solutions that meet each client’s specific needs and expectations — whether the priority is delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, or a balance between the two.
We mainly organize transport from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to Finland, Sweden, and Norway, as well as in the opposite direction. If necessary, we also arrange transport to and from other European countries.
Our logistics services include:
- Organizing road transport for general goods, including full truckloads (FTL), partial loads (LTL), and express deliveries;
- Organizing road transport for oversized and heavy cargo;
- Project-based solutions that include both road and sea transport, along with related operations;
- Managing export and transit customs formalities, which play an important role in ensuring that goods move smoothly across EU borders and deliveries take place as agreed.
Our logistics services are built on process-based management, where each partner has a defined role and responsibility within the logistics chain. This ensures the quality and efficiency of the service. At the same time, we remain flexible and find the best possible solution for the client in exceptional situations.
To manage logistics, we use a web-based project management system that allows real-time tracking of logistics chain stages and document management.
- Clients receive notifications about delivery progress, delays, and estimated arrival times. This increases planning efficiency and transparency.
- Transport partners can track shipment status, loading times, and delivery schedules, as well as add and manage logistics-related documents.
We also provide logistics services more broadly, not only within the projects we manage. Our strengths lie in our deep knowledge of the market and long-term cooperation with logistics service providers.
- We help clients find and select the most suitable transport service providers — preparing the request for quotation (RFQ) document, analyzing the received offers, and conducting the final selection of the service provider in cooperation with the client. If necessary, we also prepare the transport contract.
- We manage deliveries operationally — organizing information exchange, monitoring compliance with agreed delivery schedules, handling daily logistics operations, and overseeing service quality and financial performance.
